When I first heard about lucid dreaming, I was a little dubious. After all, nearly everybody has dreams, but whoever heard of being able to control your dreams?
The concept of being able to dictate what you are going to dream about before you ever fall asleep is unbelievable enough, but to then be able to experience those dreams as if they are real was simply mind-blowing.
So you can imagine my surprise when it turned out to not only be for real, but actually simple for practically anybody to do.
People who experience lucid dreaming – sometimes called astral projection – share a secret.
They know that their wildest, most imaginative fantasy can easily be made a reality (or at least a vivid, experiential type of reality) that they can control and repeat whenever they want.
It doesn’t take years of training or any special skills, either. It’s actually something that practically anybody can do, given the proper direction and a little patience and practice.
Since I discovered lucid dreaming, I have had a myriad of experiences that have been astonishing and life-changing. For example, I have flown like Superman around the globe. I have experienced what it’s like to find myself in the middle of an action/adventure movie, such as “Raiders of the Lost Ark”. I have met and spoken with such historical figures as Ghandi, Winston Churchill, King Louis XIV and even Jesus Christ himself.
Then there are the carnal adventures, which I won’t even get into here.
Once you learn to master lucid dreaming, it becomes a powerful part of your life. I now spend a great deal of my waking hours thinking up adventures and experiences I want to have later that night when I fall asleep. It’s a better form of entertainment than all the cable channels, Hollywood movies and number one best-selling novels put together.
Best of all, it has made me a better person. I find myself treating others kinder and being genuinely concerned about improving the world I live in.
If you haven’t experienced lucid dreaming, I recommend that you get started right away.
